"I have never done a review before but on this occasion felt it entirely necessary to share my experience with Tradecarpet. Unfortunatly, I had the Misfortune of dealing with another carpet company before we were lucky enough to find Tradecarpet and this previous carpet company had literally ruined every length of our carpet when installing it. Tradecarpet helped to clear up the unprofessional job of the other company and also went forward with us and worked with us to gain the best products for my family and I.
Carmel in Particular worked tirelessly with myself and was always at the end of the phone or email should I need further help, advice, support or information.

From my first contact with Carmel she was patient, helpful, and remembered me the next time we spoke along with issues I was considering, all the way through to me having to delay and move the project. She was more then I could hope for and Marc who came to fit, was in my house for 6 days, unobtrusive, fitted to an incredibly high standard, nothing was too much trouble, what he said he would do he did and with incredible grace, I cannot think of any reason why I would go anywhere else in the future. I'm a traditional John Lewis shopper; Carmel, Marc and the team run a far superior company to JL and deliver a painless, delightful experience. Who can say that about a flooring company? "Really happy with our new flooring in kitchen/ living area and bathroom. We went for karndean wood effect in kitchen and living area replacing carpet and lino, and tile effect in bathroom. It looks great!
We are really happy with the results. The space looks bigger, lighter and cleaner. The flooring is a really good quality.
Marc was excellent throughout the 3 day job and a perfectionist and worked really hard to get it right, giving us great advice and really friendly and helpful. Sab also in the office was really helpful.
The floors clean well with mop and soapy water. Really happy with the result would definitely recommend Tradecarpets, and Marc who fitted it"
